1. This website (the "Site") is operated as SuperAutoTrader.com ("we";"our";"us"), a brand name owned and operated by Super Media Technology and its related affiliates. User or subscriber or site visitor, or anyone accessing or browsing this website agree to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and any other expressed statement, conditions and guidelines such as Privacy Statements and Disclaimer. SuperAutoTrader.com may, at any time and without notice, amend these terms and conditions, or may limit or deny access to, or change the content of, the website.

2. You are required to register to access and use the websites and services. During registration, you are required to select a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and for any activity taken under your password entry.

3. This website provides a venue/marketplace platform for Vehicle Suppliers/Sellers and prospective Buyers/Renters/Customers. Using of the service to add listing or advertise on this website, may be subject to a fee schedule as stated, and may change from time to time.

4. By subscribing the fee-based service, you authorize SuperAutoTrader.com to refer the transactions through Paypal and you agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in Paypal's User Agreement and any other Policies. The fee is normally specified in US dollars, unless otherwise stated.

5. When you offer a vehicle for sale or any other purposes, you must have possession of the actual vehicle listed and the capacity and ability to transfer title.

6. You may not charge any potential buyer for information about any vehicle listed for sale on SuperAutoTrader.com, nor may you use our website to promote, without our prior written permission, any other website, product or service. You may not assign or delegate any such rights or obligations to any third party, which includes agents, brokers or dealers.

7. No "bait and switch" or other unfair or deceptive practices are allowed for any car Ad listed for sale. In connection with our efforts to combat fraud, some Ads may be screened before being posted publicly. This process may delay display of your ad listing(s) for up to 24 hours from the time we accept your ad. If your ad does not appear on SuperAutoTrader.com after 24 hours, you should contact us promptly. Although SuperAutoTrader.com cannot monitor all the Ads processed, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit (without refund) any Ads, postings or other electronic communications that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons

8. Any vehicle listing for sale may not be used to advertise more than one (1) vehicle per ad purchased, regardless of the type of advertising plan you select. For this reason, you may not edit your vehicle's Year, Make, Model and VIN once you purchase/create your listing. If you made an error while submitting your information e.g. vehicle's Year, Make, Model or VIN, you must promptly contact support@SuperAutoTrader.com.

9. Photos and/or videos submitted as part of any Ad listed for sale must correspond to the actual vehicle being offering for sale.

10. By stating your vehicle “Certified”, you manifest that your vehicle listed is approved by its manufacturer and/or its authorized dealer. By stating your car “Auction”, you manifest that your vehicle listed is put for auction with a scheduled auction date.

11. You agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, any content of private electronic messages or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy using the website and our affiliated products and services.

12. SuperAutoTrader.com reserves the right at any time to offer the Sell service at a discount or to provide premiums and promotions as incentives, up to and including free service.

13. Your vehicle listings may be listed on other websites or channels that we may consider appropriate for promoting and marketing of the vehicle listed.

14. You may be entitled to a refund if your listing has not been posted on this website within the first 72 hours from the time we accept your order. In that case, you must immediately contact us to request a refund or credit. You agree that all fee purchased cannot be refunded.

15. Your listing may/will be automatically deleted immediately after its expiry date, or in any other case we consider it warrant deletion to protect the interest of other users and the normal operation of the site.

16. SuperAutoTrader.com is not involved in the actual transactions between Sellers and Buyers, and is not the agent of, and has no authority for either for any purpose.

17. SuperAutoTrader.com has no control over the quality, safety, legality, or description of the items advertised or sold and does not know or guarantee whether any listing is accurate, complete, misleading or deceptive. Super Media Group Limited has no control over the ability of the sellers to actually sell the items listed, or the ability of the buyers to actually buy the items and does not guarantee to any buyer or seller that he or she will receive payment for the item.

18. SuperAutoTrader.com may change, modify, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this website, or any portion thereof. The information that appears on this website is for general reference purposes only. While we endeavor to ensure accuracy from time to time, the site may contain errors. We have no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any of the materials or information on this website.

SuperAutoTrader.com makes no warranties of any kind whether express or implied, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, including without limitation, to any kind of situations or conditions. 20. By using the Sell your car service, you, as a User, confirm that (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years old. User is required to upload any information or material, without infringement of the laws of any country including any State or sub-region or prefecture of the Country. Sellers must comply all the terms and conditions herein, privacy statement and disclaimer of this Site as well as a separate Terms of Service for this online vehicle booking purposes. Users/Customers are reminded to read carefully the related Terms and Conditions of the Vehicle Rental Companies (Suppliers) for each of the vehicle listings. SuperAutoTrader.com is not responsible for all matters relating to the vehicle rental services provided by the Sellers (Service providers).
